There are different stages of expertise in programming so the person who’s good at in a certain part should teach the others for it will have a good result. When you know how to read the code of others you can eliminate the problems that might occur like in the integration of the codes.

The team can just fix some errors or problem but not as big as when you cannot read the codes of your team members and it will result to a time saving task. And you could develop your skills through practice.
